Atomic Digital Marketing is seeing hyper-growth and we are presenting an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team of experts.

We are searching for a highly skilled & organised, UK based PPC Manager who has a multitude of experience under their belt.

Our ideal candidate would have past experience working in a fast-paced agency environment whilst maintaining a broad PPC skill-set.

Our clients operate within a wide spectrum of industries meaning our ideal candidate would have experience advertising in an array of sectors. An impressive understanding of global audiences is an essential ability for this role, due to the vast variety of worldwide clients, both B2B and B2C.

Working for an established digital marketing agency such as Atomic, requires excellent organisational abilities whilst consistently meeting deadlines. The perfect candidate will become an extension of our existing community which we have worked so hard to maintain. A great team spirit is key, with the passion to go above and beyond where needed.

Atomic Digital Marketing demands a high level of excellence and we require our PPC Manager’s to have an in-depth understanding of existing and upcoming advertising software. It is key that you are aware of the intricacies behind digital advertising across platforms such as Google, Facebook & Linkedin. You must also be able to research and gauge complete understanding of audience and competitor behaviours; taking this information and implementing successful advertisements which target a direct ad-set and result in a generous CPL.

Requirements & Qualifications

-5+ Years experience using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
-Must have 2 or more qualifications in Google Ads
-Must know and be able to set up conversion tracking using the aforementioned platforms and also within Google Analytics, -Google Tag Manager
-Must have 3+ years experience in Google Analytics and the ability to view funnels, create goals, segment audiences etc.
-Must have a solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation and the ability to diagnose why performance may be lacking from a Web Design / UX perspective.
-Ideally know how to use front-end platforms (WordPress, Elementor, Divi, Shopify, Webflow) in order to edit landing pages, websites were required.
-A solid resume of past successful advertising campaigns to display to us
-In-depth knowledge of both Facebook, Google and LinkedIn advertising
-The ability to create campaigns for an array of industries
-A great understanding of advertising strategy & audience insights whilst possessing the ability to follow instructions whilst meeting deadlines
-Great time management, communication and collaboration skills
-Ability to interpret campaign briefs and ask questions when needed
-Highly-dedicated and hardworking individual with an eye for ROI
-Past-experience in a fast-paced agency environment (Preferred)
-Ability to use Graphic Design softwares to deploy ads from pre-designed templates from our team – Adobe Illustrator, XD, PSD and so on (Preferred)
