Poor User Experience (UX): Navigating the website was difficult for users, especially when searching for specific centers or information.

Key Achievements

PageSpeed Optimisation: Atomic conducted a thorough analysis of the website's performance and conducted an optimisation to enhance PageSpeed. This included image compression, code minification, and server-side improvements to ensure faster loading times and a smoother user experience and reduced overall bounce rates. SEO Enhancement: To address the SEO issues, Atomic proposed a comprehensive SEO strategy. This involved restructuring the URL strings to incorporate region and location specifics, as well as implementing relevant schema markup to improve search engine visibility. Additionally, Atomic optimised meta tags and content to enhance organic search performance. Improved User Experience: Atomic conducted a UX audit to identify pain points in the website's navigation. Based on the findings, we helped to redesign the user journeys and implemented custom fields to streamline the process of finding centers and accessing relevant information. Additionally, we assisted with fixing a number of API issues they were facing with Google maps not showing on the site to avoid readers going offsite to find the centers location.
