8. People we contact about our services
Sometimes we write to people at businesses we think we could help. This explains how we handle their details.
What we hold:your name, job title, work email address and work phone number, the company you work for, and notes of what we've sent you and any reply.
Where it comes from:public sources only: the Companies House register, your company's own website, trade show exhibitor lists, and business contact databases we pay for under licence. We don't use personal social media, and we don't buy lists of private individuals.
Why we use it:to tell you about work we think would help your business, such as a website review we've written for your company. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in finding new clients. We've weighed that against your interests, and we only write to work addresses at limited companies, PLCs and LLPs, about things relevant to your role.
Who sees it:our own team, and the services we use to run email (Google Workspace). We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it:if you don't reply, we delete your details within 90 days of our last email. If you reply, we keep them while we're talking, and after that under the rest of this policy.
Your choices: reply “no thanks” (or anything like it) and we'll stop straight away, keeping only what we need to make sure we don't write again. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it, by emailing info@atomicdigitalmarketing.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Who we are: Atomic Digital Marketing Ltd, company number 12567467, The Outset, Sankey Street, Warrington WA1 1NN.
