They specialise in creating customised, natural-looking lash enhancements for clients seeking to elevate their beauty routines. With a focus on both classic and volume lash techniques, Light Heart Lash has built a loyal customer base and a strong reputation in the beauty industry. They've worked with influential beauty bloggers, local celebrities, and have been featured in regional fashion magazines.

What We Did

Light Heart Lash generated a good amount of traffic to their website before starting with Atomic, however, all the traffic came from brand-related keywords. From a technical point of view, the website had a significant amount of errors and hadn't been optimised for any non-branded search terms.

Given the high reliance on branded keywords, our plan was to diversify the keyword strategy to include more non-branded terms. This helped reduce the dependency on brand recognition alone and attract users at different stages of the customer journey.

We also fixed the majority of technical issues on the website that were holding it back.

The Result

Within 3 months, Light Heart Lash saw a 281% increase in organic traffic compared to the previous year and a 450% increase in conversions compared to the previous year!
