The Challenge

As a new website with no existing data to reference, we had to create user mapping based on target profiles to ensure visitors could easily navigate to the services and make enquiries. The other challenge was to clearly outline what each service offered was and promoting each service and its need in the workplace to help the client's business grow through bespoke solutions by Synctell.

The Solution

Our approach was designed to effectively and clearly showcase Synctell's services through user mapping and wireframes. It was important for the client that the designs demonstrated expertise, professionalism and trustworthiness throughout. We did this by showcasing client logos, testimonials and furthermore successful case studies to help capture leads. As for services we created a prominent section on the home page that gave an oversight to each service with a once-click away to read through the services.
