A New Website Built on Genuine Care
Vere Dental came to Atomic with an outdated website that was holding back search visibility and booking conversion. Following a recent rebrand, with new photography and video already in place, the practice needed a site that properly reflected who they are. The name Vere comes from the Latin for genuine, and that idea sat at the centre of the brief. Vere Dental wanted a website with warmth rather than a clinical feel, one that conveyed care and a premium approach without overselling. Dr Amandine Beke, who founded the practice, needed a presence within the brand, without the site becoming solely about her.

The Challenge to Overcome
Vere Dental's existing website, originally built on IONOS, was outdated and difficult to find through search. The previous site was underperforming on conversion too, with a booking journey that wasn't converting as it should. The practice wanted to move away from a clinical feel toward something warmer, without losing a premium, considered look. Testimonials were missing from the site altogether, and pages with plenty of content needed a structure that felt organised rather than crowded.
Our Approach
The site's pages were grouped and streamlined for easier navigation, with clear calls to action guiding visitors toward the booking journey throughout. Testimonials were brought forward as a central part of the site rather than an afterthought, and hero imagery was paired with concise messaging to make the most of Vere Dental's photography. A strong grid, generous white space and a clear hierarchy help organise pages with a fair amount of content, with warm, neutral tones and rounded corners carried through cards across the site.
Behind the scenes, Atomic built a bespoke CMS that gives the Vere Dental team full control over pages, treatments, news, vacancies, the team, testimonials and incoming enquiries, along with a cookie compliance system and an integrated email newsletter platform. Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Search Console were set up for ongoing tracking.
Moving away from Vere Dental's previous IONOS website called for a proper migration rather than a simple lift and shift. Atomic carried out keyword research and new SEO optimisations, and set schema, robots, llms.txt and metadata defaults correctly from launch, alongside conversion rate optimisation informed by data and real user pain points from the old site.

Details in the Design
A new display typeface, ornate yet legible, was introduced alongside Vere Dental's existing brand typeface, echoing the serif character of their logo. To bring a sense of calm and reassurance to the site, a soft blur sits fixed at the base of the screen, background colours cross dissolve as visitors scroll, and a glass effect ties these elements together. Bento grids organise information with a clear hierarchy. Smooth scroll and subtle GSAP animation on hover give the site a considered, gliding feel, with parallax adding a sense of movement to the imagery.
The Result
Vere Dental now has a fully responsive website, primed for search and built for growth and conversion. Site health rose from 79 to 94, PageSpeed scores hit 95 on mobile and 99 on desktop, and ranking position improved by 8 places within two weeks. The site carries the warmth and premium feel the practice wanted, with a CMS built for the team to manage going forward.
