The primary difficulty lay in distilling and organising this extensive content in a way that highlighted Heppenstalls’ core services without losing the depth and history that underpinned their brand. The existing website was dense with information, making it difficult for users to easily navigate and identify the most relevant services. Atomic needed to strategically restructure the content to ensure that the website was both user-friendly and reflective of Heppenstalls’ long-standing legacy. This involved carefully separating and prioritising key services while maintaining the richness of the firm’s history and reputation.

First, we ensured that each service page was just one click away, with clear layouts detailing what each service entailed and why clients should trust Heppenstalls, supported by testimonials and client logos. Additionally, we focused on establishing credibility by highlighting the team’s experience and accreditations, particularly on the About page, which underscored the firm’s long-standing reputation as a trusted solicitor. Finally, we introduced an easy-to-fill enquiry form, allowing potential clients to quickly reach out with questions or to book a service at any time.
