About the Project

Virtual Internships is the leading provider of online Internships provided to students around the globe. Atomic began working with Virtual Internships back in April when COVID began to takes it toll on the world. This relatively new company was in desperate need of revitalizing itself now that the world was quickly switching to all things virtual. Atomic successfully re-designed aspects of their site, integrated the website with third party systems to manage the influx of leads, drove new applications through Facebook and Google Ads, and implemented a powerful SEO strategy to ensure this relatively new business appeared in No.1 for ‘Online Internships’…we delivered.

What We've Done

1. Planned and deployed a powerful SEO strategy with extreme concentration on-site optimisation as well as link building to build authority.

2. Deployed explosive PPC campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads with the sole two aims of increasing exposure and driving leads.

3. Re-designed the CRCC Asia website in accordance with new brand guidelines to modernise the brand.

Key Achievements

1. Elevated their SEO optimization score (AhRefs) dramatically from 43% to 95% over 2 months.

2. Successfully reached (and still hold) number 1 for the term ‘Online Internships’, yielding thousands in traffic every month from around the world.

3. Helped maintain and improve their website by conducting frequent site-wide A/B tests as part of a conversion rate optimisation strategy, as well as frequent improvements in content, customer acquisition, application form, interview integrations, lear nurturing flows, and much more. This in combination lead to over 20% year on year increases in traffic with an average ROI of around 650% across all DM campaigns. 

3. Instigated global Google (PPC) and Facebook Ads campaigns to cold audiences specifically targeting university graduates and those still in university seeing an average ROAS over 1,100%.

4. Implemented 360-degree tracking both site-wide and also within the CRM, allowing the business to now calculate true ROI on digital campaigns allowing them to dramatically further optimise campaign budget allocation.
