Howard works alongside Atomic's founders on growing the agency, with a role that spans strategy, new business, operations and hands-on delivery. Much of his recent work has focused on AI solutions and transformation, working with the founders to make Atomic a leader in its industry.

He works with clients across B2B, ecommerce, healthcare and recruitment, helping shape what they need at the start and staying involved through to launch and beyond. He is also often involved in the practical side of keeping clients running smoothly. Howard enjoys business strategy: turning ideas into a clear plan and making it happen.
