Naomi leads SEO and AI optimisation (AIO) at Atomic, heading up technical, content and local SEO for a portfolio of the agency’s key clients. She has worked in agency digital marketing since 2006, including ten years running multichannel marketing for ecommerce businesses and three online shops of her own on Magento and WooCommerce. At Atomic she produces the audits and growth strategies behind each account, plans and runs paid media across Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn Ads, and manages and mentors the SEO team. She is known for building AI workflows that speed up delivery without lowering the standard, and has redesigned Atomic’s delivery processes against WCAG accessibility, cyber security and AI search best practice. Naomi works closely with Atomic’s web development, design and client services teams, and supports sales and account management with pitches and proposals.
