Irina leads paid media at Atomic, running successful multi-channel PPC campaigns for a wide range of happy clients, as well as Atomic’s own campaigns.

A senior PPC and paid media specialist, Irina has worked in the industry since 2007, bringing 19 years’ experience of managing acquisition strategies in both agency and in-house environments. In the fast-changing field of digital marketing, she applies this expertise to improve Atomic’s processes and service offering, and to take its AI automation to the next level.

Irina is proficient in Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn Ads, and over the course of her career has managed advertising budgets of up to £300,000 per month across multiple channels.

She enjoys solving acquisition challenges, driving profitable growth and mentoring others, while staying hands-on with strategy, optimisation and experimentation.
